PURCHASE AND USE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Purchaser (“You”) agree to use all of the purchased products safely, according to all directions and warnings provided by Cozy Cabin Scents LLC, and also according to any and all specifications and directions by the manufacturer.
Cozy Cabin Scents LLC restricts the sale of its merchandise to individuals who are legally eligible to purchase and own such items. Customers must comply with all local laws and regulations regarding the purchase and possession of products from the company.
By ordering and purchasing merchandise from Cozy Cabin Scents LLC, customers are affirming that they are of legal age to buy the products and that they are allowed to purchase and possess the merchandise according to their local regulations. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure compliance with the laws in their state, county, and/or city of residence.
By purchasing and using products from Cozy Cabin Scents LLC, you shall and hereby agree to indemnify and hold the company free and harmless from any liability for incidental or consequential damages, from any third-party claims for damages against their property, and any and all liability arising from the application or use of any products. Cozy Cabin Scents LLC states that they are not responsible for any damage that may occur due to misuse of their products or any circumstances related directly or indirectly to wax melting and or candle burning. Customers should use the products responsibly and not leave product unattended at any time.
